Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Lukos Apps LLC ("Lukos Apps," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our mobile applications, including Stakko (collectively, the "Apps"). We keep data collection to what our Apps need to function, improve, and support advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

1. Information we collect

We designed our Apps to require as little personal information as possible. Depending on how you use an App, the following may be collected:

• Gameplay and app data. Your progress, streaks, scores, settings, and in-app choices. This is stored on your device and, if you enable iCloud, synced through your private Apple iCloud account so your progress follows you across devices. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
• Usage and diagnostic data. Anonymous, aggregated information about how the App is used — for example, which game modes are played, level completion, session counts, and general performance — collected through Google Firebase Analytics to help us improve the App.
• Advertising data. To show ads in the free version of our Apps, our advertising partner (Unity LevelPlay) and its mediated ad networks may collect device identifiers and limited technical information. On iOS, personalized advertising that uses your device's Advertising Identifier (IDFA) only occurs if you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant.
• Purchase information. If you subscribe to Stakko+ or make another purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive confirmation that a valid purchase occurred, but we never receive or store your payment card details.
• Game Center. If you use leaderboards or achievements, your Game Center nickname and scores are handled by Apple's Game Center service under Apple's privacy policy.

2. How we use information

• To operate, maintain, and improve our Apps and their features.
• To save and sync your game progress and preferences.
• To display and measure advertising in the free version of our Apps.
• To understand aggregate usage so we can fix problems and design better updates.
• To provide customer support and respond to your messages.

3. Advertising and third-party services

Our free Apps are supported by advertising delivered through Unity LevelPlay (a Unity Technologies mediation platform) and the ad networks it mediates. These partners may process device identifiers and technical data to serve and measure ads in accordance with their own privacy policies. We also use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how our Apps are used. You can learn more or manage choices through:

4. Your choices

• Tracking. You control personalized advertising through the App Tracking Transparency prompt and in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device.
• Remove ads. Subscribing to Stakko+ removes advertising from the App.
• Reset data. Deleting the App removes locally stored data. iCloud-synced data can be managed in your device's iCloud settings.

5. Children's privacy

Our Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

6. Data retention and security

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described here. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may also be noted within the App.
